
About IPL 2022 cricket teams
The Indian Premier League is one of the most beloved and exciting cricket leagues among Indian fans. The new 15th season of the sporting event began on March 26, where 10 franchises will participate in matches. As a reminder, after the mega auction that took place in February, two more new IPL teams in 2022 have been added, they are Lucknow Super Giants and Gujarat Titans. Participation of women’s teams in the IPL
The BCCI reports that an IPL with women’s teams is planned for 2023, where 5 or 6 teams are likely to participate. As of now, it has been decided to make all efforts to launch an annual T20 tournament for women cricketers. It’s too early to talk about the women’s IPL teams list, but we are sure that very soon the BCCI will announce it.
